Project overview.

TruFerra™ is a practitioner-grade iron supplement promoted through Ortho Molecular Products' field sales team. After introducing the product during in-person clinic visits, sales representatives needed a dedicated digital destination they could share with healthcare practitioners to continue the conversation beyond the initial meeting.

Challenge.

Sales representatives lacked a dedicated resource to share with healthcare practitioners following in-person visits. They had to rely on follow-up communication with their representative to request samples and more product information.

Design.

Collaborated with marketing stakeholders to prioritize practitioner-focused content and supporting clinical evidence. Designed a content hierarchy that highlighted key product differentiators while guiding users toward requesting samples.

Results.

Generated over 500 practitioner visits and 75 sample requests within the first three months, helping extend product engagement beyond in-person sales visits.
