(01)
Project overview.
Transformed a dense, text-heavy navigation into a scalable mega menu that improves discoverability and decision-making. Clarified hierarchy, reorganized content around practitioner intent, and created faster pathways to key actions.
(02)
Challenge.
Development was already in progress using wireframes from a previous designer, requiring me to refine the navigation experience and complete the remaining screens while working within existing development constraints.

(03)
Design.
Before beginning the redesign, I reviewed the existing navigation experience and conducted competitive analysis across industry platforms to identify opportunities for improved usability and discoverability.

Working within the existing product foundation, I restructured the information architecture around practitioner intent to improve usability and discoverability.
I personalized the experience by user type to surface the most relevant content and support adoption of key workflows like Clinical Care Path and OrthoPacks.
I also introduced a more cohesive responsive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile through consistent hierarchy and interaction patterns.

(04)
Results.
The redesigned navigation increased discoverability across the platform, driving higher traffic to Best Sellers and New Releases while improving adoption of Clinical Care Path through more prominent placement within the navigation experience.
